A type of toy that is sometimes forgotten is the handheld or Foot Toy (Sometimes referred to as Hand Toys). Foot Toys are designed to be held by the bird, manipulated with their foot, and dropped on the floor for them to pick up and start the process all over again. Foot Toys are great for babies and adults. Playing with them builds dexterity in bird�s feet and also provides excercize. They can be used to entertain your bird outside of its cage or on the cage bottom.
