Just wanted to let you know that I received the Cage Catchers just a few minutes ago. I am currently cleaning my kids houses and I am "thrilled" to be able to use just one (1) cage liner now, instead of the two (2) I was previously using! This is a good cost savings to me. My little flock brings so much life to our home & they are always, always happy.

I was delighted to find that you carry missing link (Doc Collett used to be my vet when I lived in calif.- he created the stuff) so you are my #1 bird place and I will promote you shamelessly.

I'm banned from one pet store up here (they really shouldn't be around small animals & birds), and the other one has great people but they don't have volkman, they have toys from the old days (complete with dust) & are overpriced.

So I hope your store does well beyond your wildest expectations, and retains the personal touch you've managed to convey even here online.

Wanted to tell you thanks for always having stuff in stock, for the good quality & reasonable prices & shipping. I've had my 'keets less than a year, and I have found there are very few bird stores
that have everything I'm looking for, that have reasonable shipping, that always have the stuff I need in stock, esp. food, that ship within the expected period of time and that I don't open to find a toy marked 'small' that's huge, or a toy or wood log that's falling apart or whatever.

So you're our one-stop shopping...but I did want to tell you how obsessed I got with the fact that someone was spiral-cutting straws...had to get to the bottom of it. Ended up finding a $4.00 thingie on amazon it's called wacky-whirl or something it takes patience which I'm low on most of the time so still buying the straw toys...a favorite around here.

Anyway- I really appreciate a well-run birdie store let me tell you!

I truly appreciate the extra effort you have made regarding my order. I was going to wait until I received it but I think I should go ahead and tell you Thank You!

I have three parrots. Suzy is an 8 year old Congo African Grey. She is our first bird and she talks a lot. Then Swiper, who is aptly named, is a 3 year old Sunday Conure. He is a mix of Sun and Jenday counre, He's very loud and likes to nip at your fingers. These two I have had since they were weaned . Our newest baby, Sam, is a five year old Cockatiel. Sam is a rescue bird and he is just a delight. He keeps me laughing all the time. I find it hard to believe his first family didn't want to keep him.

I had hoped to make some "new" toys" from the old toys. But I have Multiple Sclerosis ( MS ) and have found making toys to be more difficult than I presumed. Anyway, I now try to place orders with the Bird Toy sellers when they have good sales and are trusted. You have just had one of the best sales I have seen recently. Thanks for doing that.

My orders with you have been received very quickly. That is why I wrote you. I knew something different had happened when I hadn't received my order in a timely manner.

You guys keep making and selling those fantastic toys. I will continue to purchase from you when I have the need and the money. lol
I always need but don 't always have the money.

Anyways - we are thrilled and have set the gym up already! :-) I'm sure it will take a week or so for the birds to get used to it. But it fits perfectly in our front window and we are delighted with the quality.

Hey Kaylor, and just let me say, you are by far the best for going the extra mile for us. I, as well as most of the rest of the free world have been effect by the economic downturn, so every little bit helps, and I truly appreciate your time and effort. But, we are all doing great. I want to share something with you real quickly.....I have a kid sister with Cerebral Palsey, and she has been confined to a wheel chair for the last 35 years. I spend alot of time with her, and while she was with me last weekend, she watched me making a toy for my Blue Front (Ditto). She asked me if she could help, and I thought, well.....why not? She is absolutely in love with Ditto, because Ditto knows her name, and says "I love you Tina" ALL of the time. It's like a mantra for him, and she just beams when he says it. (Tina has the mental capacity of about a 7-8 yr old) Well, I sat and watched her make this toy for him, and it actually made me cry, it was so sweet. She does not have alot of dexterity in her hands, but ....by God, she was determined to make this toy for her favorite baby. So, with her tongue sticking out the corner of her mouth in concentration, she made him a toy, and then was THRILLED to see him tear into it. She has talked about literally NOTHING else since. Every morning when I talk on the phone with her, (she lives with my Mom, which is why I have been spending so much time with her, because Mom isn't getting any younger, and I actually moved from Fla. to Pa. to be close to Tina) she asks me how her baby is, and when she can make him another toy. So, I truly can not thank you enough, because I have found something she really enjoys doing, and it is really good for her to move her hands like that. Now, I know you most likely "chat" with alot of your customers, because I can tell you are very very good at what you are doing, but I really mean this, you have made two people and 5 very spoiled birds incredibly happy., and if we don't find any slats made of harder wood, .....I'm okay with that, because Tina got to watch Ditto destroy that toy,and she KNEW he was enjoying it, and SHE had made it for him......SO.......again, thank you Kaylor, you did something really cool for some people half way across the country, and didn't even know it....

Bird seed came yesterday, and I thank you for expediting it. Unexpectedly we agreed to foster a blue & gold and a Congo grey abruptly left homeless when their owner died. Suddenly we needed extra food, and being elderly and disabled, we cannot get to the pet stores. Thanks, Kaylor for the help; we won't forget it. We buy everything online now, so do make sure we get your notices.
